Our test kitchen sees a lot of use for a variety of taste tests and central location tests. With two conventional ovens and hook-ups for two more; power for up to 16 small appliances such as microwaves, blenders, toasters and coffee makers; freezer and storage space; and ample counter space for prep work, we're ready to handle your next taste test or CLT. Our experienced service staff has handled tests on everything from bread to sausage, liquor to sports drinks, and syrups to soups.
